Signe C. Bell, MPA

Signe joined Board Veritas in 2020 adding significant wit, depth, and breadth to our capacity for informing and supporting clients throughout their journey. She is a member of BV’s governance audit team (producing The Veritas Report) as well as contributing to our governance reviews.

Signe has been working with nonprofits and community organizations since 2010. She also serves as Director of Nonprofit and Community Programs and Policy Scientist with the Center for Community Research and Service at the University of Delaware. She is a Licensed Standards for Excellence® consultant and a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer, and she directs the Nonprofit Management Certificate Course (NPMCC). Signe has a B.S. in Human Services and an MPA with a specialization in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Delaware. Signe has served on several boards, commissions, and advisory councils locally and regionally.
