Janetta Cravens, MDiv

Janetta Cravens supports the impact of organizations by working with boards and executive leadership in the areas of fundraising training and planning, strategic planning and building the Board of Director’s experience. She is a Certified Consultant for both BoardSource © and Standards for Excellence © and has served two terms as a member of the Standards for Excellence Council for the national Standards for Excellence Institute, while currently serving on their Diversity and Inclusion task force.

Janetta has built her career working at the intersection of social justice and community change. managing and supervising efforts in poverty elimination, anti-racism initiatives, inter-religious community impact actions, and advocacy efforts for LGBTQ and their allies.

She holds a post-graduate fellowship in Organizational Design and Development from the Hollifield Leadership Institute in North Carolina, a Masters of Ecumenical Theology from the University of Geneva, Geneva Switzerland, a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, and a Bachelors of Music from Phillips University, Enid, Oklahoma.
